Crozet Wiffle Ball

OFFICIAL CROZET WIFFLEBALL RULES

  1. Only official Yellow, Wiffleball bats are allowed
  2. Each game will be 6 innings, no time limit, unless there is a tie and the game will go to extra innings.
  3. 3 outs per half inning
  4. No mercy rule
  5. 3 strikes for a strike out, 4 balls for a walk.
  6. Hit by pitch is considered a ball
  7. Foul tips on third strike is an out if the ball hits the strike zone.
  8. No leads, no steals, no bunts, no “pitcher’s poison”
  9. Getting a base runner out:
  10. Only 3 players are allowed on the field at any time when fielding. That consists of 1 pitcher, and two outfielders.
  11. All players must bat.
  12. No lobbing ball over hitters/batter head in to strike zone.

League rules

  • We are here to have fun. No arguments over blown calls, missed plays, bad pitches, etc.
  • We treat each over with respect, kindness, and good sportsmanship.
  • No swearing.
  • No abusing equipment.
